Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect as per the order placed.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Products priced below 10 € are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Requests for return or replacement must be made within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email, along with clear photos and an unboxing video of the product.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only if the product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
A minimum order value of 10 € is required for a refund request.
An opening video of the product is mandatory for initiating a refund claim.
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit, as per company discretion.
Processing time for refunds is 7-10 business days after approval.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If an order is refused upon delivery, shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).
